Para completar la confirmación de su cita se requiere un depósito de $20 dólares (los cuales serán restados del costo del tratamiento el día de su visita). El depósito no es reembolsable ni transferible. 
Método de pago: Goldie, ATH Móvil, PayPal, y efectivo 

Es importante llegar a su cita a tiempo y si es posible 10 minutos antes para completar su formulario y consentimiento. Llegada luego de los 15 minutos de la hora asignada queda automáticamente cancelada (respetamos el tiempo de usted, los demás clientes y el profesional) 

Para cancelación debe notificar con 48 horas de anticipación y se le reagendara una cita. Cancelaciones con menos de 48hrs pierde su depósito. 
No show (no presentarse) pierde su depósito y tendrá una penalidad de $30 dólares
