Después de este periodo, la cita será cancelada automáticamente para respetar la agenda y la experiencia de la siguiente clienta.

• El depósito asegura tu espacio en agenda, por lo tanto no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación o inasistencia.
Si necesitas realizar un cambio, podrás reprogramar con al menos 12 horas de anticipación utilizando el enlace enviado en tu correo de confirmación. Tu depósito se transferirá automáticamente a tu nueva reserva.

• Te recomendamos considerar el tiempo estimado de cada servicio al organizar tu día, para que puedas disfrutar tu cita sin prisas.

• Todos los servicios cuentan con una garantía de 7 días naturales a partir de tu cita.
Si presentas algún desprendimiento o detalle relacionado con la aplicación, contáctanos dentro de este periodo para agendar la corrección sin costo.
