Clients can reschedule appointments up to 72 hours before start time. 72-24 hours before is a 50% service charge. Less than 24 hours will results in 100% service charge.

Neci takes the time to thoroughly explain the process so you have a full understanding of what to expect, how the healing process will go, and how the brows will change after healing. She spends a lot of time mapping out the brow shape, and ensuring you are happy with them before doing anything permanent, and makes informed recos for what will look best.
