Deposits are non-refundable in case of same day cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. When booking for braids make sure hair is washed, brushed and fully dried. There WILL BE ADDITIONAL FEED of $15 to dry, hair, $15 detangle hair and $25 wash hair!

I love Rosa she be on point every time I see her.  Highly recommend her. I don’t see no one else when it comes for me to get my braids done.  Her braids are so clean and she can create any style. 

First off great service very professional to the T! The products you use says a lot of costumer care and that’s a major factor. The extra detail attention in your work is above and beyond and that’s what costumers look for, since day one. Very satisfying and will continue coming back. Fresh! 

Very polite and I was very comfortable getting my braids done by her. She is very quick also which is nice. I will be back.  The only problem I had was the app. I’m new to braids so it’s a lil confusing as to hold a time slot.  But other than that yep I will so be back. And my braids held up so good!
