✨Nail Technician Policies & Terms✨

❗️Booking: All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that must be paid when the appointment is booked. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

❗️Appointments Only: All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

❗️Punctuality & Grace Period: A strict 15-minute grace period applies to all appointments. Appointments will be automatically canceled once this time has passed. No exceptions.

❗️Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time or failure to appear will result in a $50.00 fee. The fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. DEPOSIT DOES NOT GO TOWARDS THE FEE. 

❗️Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not be accommodated beyond the grace period. Services will not be extended to make up lost time.

❗️Payments: Full payment is due immediately after service. Failure to submit payment will result in refusal of future services.

❗️Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time. Updated pricing will take effect February 1, 2026. ALL SERVICES HAVE A STARTING PRICE, meaning total price of service may increase due to specifics within service ! 

❗️Insporation Set & Freestyle Sets: PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT I AM A FREESTYLE TECH ! 
All inspo sets (both fill and full) will require an extra $10.00-$20.00 due to difficulty. 
⛔️Reminder: I am not that tech but I will execute as best as I can!
 
❗️Repairs & Redos: All services are final. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours. Repairs outside this window will be charged. No refunds. (Color change or nail repairs) 

❗️Health & Safety: Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, or nail issues prior to service. Services may be refused if conditions pose a health or safety risk.

❗️Hygiene Requirement: All clients must wash their hands immediately upon arrival to their appointment. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.

❗️Guests: No guests, children, or additional persons are permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.

❗️Right to Refuse Service: I, as the nail technician reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed necessary.

❗️Policy Updates: All policies and terms are enforced as listed on the booking site and are subject to change without notice.
