I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, lateness, or failure to follow policies.

BOOKING POLICIES: 

• Pre-Appointment:
* Please arrive with NO MAKEUP on your eyes or lashes, as it can affect the glue and retention.
* Avoid CAFFEINE before your appointment to minimize eye twitching (this applies to lash lift services too).
* If you're having a facial or waxing, discontinue using RETINOL at least a week before your appointment.
* For a comfortable appointment, please wear your hair down, as having it tied up may become uncomfortable for the head.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. It goes toward your total. If you need to change your appointment, you can reschedule ONCE within the next 2 weeks of your original appointment without loosing your deposit, provided you give 48hrs+ notice. 

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel, please note that the deposit is non-refundable and
will be lost if cancelled within 48hrs notice. No-shows may need to prepay in full next time.

Late Arrivals: More than 15 minutes late = cancellation & loss of deposit. Please arrive on time as there is no waiting area.

No Refunds post appointment: All services are non-refundable. You book at your own risk. Reactions or dissatisfaction do not qualify for refunds due to the nature of the service. Please ensure you let me know exactly what you would like done.

Foreign Infills: Extra £10 fee applies. Please send a photo beforehand.

Aftercare Issues: Must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment and I will endeavour to resolve the issue.

Guests: For everyone’s comfort and safety, please come to the appointment alone.

Age Policy: Must be 18+. Ages 16-17 require a parental consent form and patch test 24hrs prior. No services under 16.

Patch Tests: May be required. Waiving it = at your own risk.

Photos: I may take photos/videos for social media. Let me know if you’d prefer not to be included.

🚕*Travelling by taxi. Please ensure you pre-book your taxi for your appointment end time, unfortunately my appointments run back to back and there will be no facilities inside to wait, but there is a bench in front of my house where you can sit and wait.
