A strict cancellation policy is in place. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend, a 50% fee of the booked service will be charged. This applies in all circumstances, including if you plan to reschedule, as the time slot has already been reserved for you.

This fee is automatically applied through my booking system. If payment is not completed, you will not be able to book future appointments.

This is not personal at all. I really value and appreciate every client who books with me. This policy is simply to protect my time and income, and you are always welcome back once the fee is settled.

IMPORTANT ⚠️
Nail art must be pre booked. Due to how unpredictable nail art timing can be, I cannot guarantee availability for nail art unless it has been selected at the time of booking. If you are unsure, please message me before booking.

Lastly, please reply to your reminder message the night before your appointment. If you do not receive a reminder, please double check your booking details as there may be an issue with your appointment time or date.
