Clients of Aurora Nailz by Suzy may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A $5 late fee will be applied if clients are 15 minutes late, and if more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and a $25 fee will be charged. Services are guaranteed to last 14 days. Clients are encouraged to rebook every 3 weeks to maintain their fill; any appointments later than 4 weeks m will require a soak off and new set. Thank you for your understanding and compliance with our policies.
