Para confirmar su cita, se requiere un depósito, el cual será descontado del total del servicio el día de la atención.

Los clientes pueden cancelar o reprogramar su cita con al menos 24 horas de anticipación sin penalización. Las cancelaciones o cambios realizados con menos de 24 horas de anticipación pueden resultar en la pérdida del depósito.

Aura Studio se reserva el derecho de rechazar el servicio a cualquier persona por cualquier motivo. El cliente es responsable de proporcionar información precisa y actualizada. Aura Studio no se hace responsable por ningún daño o lesión ocurrida durante o como resultado de los servicios brindados.

El cliente se compromete a cumplir con todas las leyes y normas.
