Thank you for booking with me. Here are a few things you should be aware of prior to your appointment. Everyone will have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes (on minute 11), you’ll be charged a $15 late fee. After 25 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll need to pay a new retainer fee/deposit to be serviced. You’ll have a 24 hour courtesy to reschedule, if less than 24 hours notice, you’ll owe the full service amount. Please keep in mind, all payments will go through the card placed on file. All no call no shows will owe 100% of the service total, you will not be banned from booking but you will have to pay the debt in full before being serviced. Also, you’re allowed one free reschedule. Anything after one reschedule will require a new deposit/retainer fee. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, please keep in mind that you can do so, using the booking confirmation that you receive in your email, so please keep up with the booking confirmation. For all, services that require a needle, please note that numbing creaming is an additional $10.
