All deposits paid are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show. Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment only if you reschedule using the provided link within 48 hours of the original booking. 

Appointments must be attended on time; late arrivals may result in shortened service or forfeiture of the deposit. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion. 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and notifying us of any relevant health conditions. Rudeness and bad behaviour will not be tolerated.

I absolutely love Gemma! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease from start to finish. She's friendly, bubbly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

I've had lip filler seven or eight times before, but after the swelling went down, the results never seemed to last. Gemma created the perfect lips for me, and they still look amazing! She's also done my Botox, and my face has never looked better.

I honestly couldn't recommend her enough!

Another  magical experience in the clinic today with the beautiful Gemma, she’s so professional and a mine of information on how to best enhance what we have. Gemma is a great believer in less is more therefore always achieving the subtle look. Things are happening already however I was told that it would be a couple of weeks until I start getting the full results. Gemma arranged a follow up consultation in 2 weeks time to check all is well or to check any tweaking areas. Amazing work

I visited Gemma for the first time 2 weeks ago for my botox and lip flip. I've been back today for my top up and micro-needling (first time) and Gemma put me at ease throughout. Very friendly, explains everything and is lovely 🤗 we spoke about where I have had issues with my botox before (with a different salon) and with my top up today she concentrated on the areas where I had issues with the most so that I get the best results 🥰
