Services Provided
AVCS Cleaning Solutions offers carpet, upholstery, hard floor, and oven cleaning services, as detailed at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via the Goldie app or by contacting us directly. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure we have clear access to the area being serviced and that pets are safely secured during the appointment. Suitable parking must be available for our vehicle for the duration of the service.

For floor and upholstery cleaning, we kindly ask that all light and easily movable items (such as small furniture, ornaments, and personal belongings) are cleared from the work area prior to our arrival to allow us to carry out the service safely and efficiently.

If you are aware of any existing damage or issues with the items or areas to be cleaned, please let us know before we begin the service.

Service Satisfaction
If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Liability

AVCS Cleaning Solutions takes great care when carrying out all services. However, we will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, or general wear and tear identified before or during cleaning. We also cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of personal items unless directly caused by proven negligence on our part.

When cleaning ovens, we are not responsible for:

Damage to heating elements or components that are older than three years.

Cracks or faults in elements and materials that may not be visible prior to cleaning.

The condition or replacement of worn, damaged, or perished oven door seals.

Neff Slide and Hide

If you have booked in a Neff Slide and Hide - these ovens are notorious for the Slide and Hide system failing. If the system fails even with due care and attention, the repair will need to be organised and paid for by the customer.

Alex and Victor came to clean my double oven and hob both were very nice and friendly and we're very polite.They have done a fabulous job and my oven and look like brand new again .They were on time and were very clean and tidy and great value for money! Alex has cleaned the oven today & got rid of a coffee stain out of the carpet!! Fantastic work as always!! Oven looks brand new, as he works to an amazing standard & is a pleasure to have a conversation with!

Alex came today to clean 6 velvet dining chairs , barstools ,chaise longue , a cat tree and a few other pieces. He was absolutely amazing. The dining chairs look like new and the cat tree too. Both were dirty and marked due to our cat. Alex is very polite and friendly and covers all areas when he is cleaning so no mess. He is very professional too. I’ve used other cleaning companies in the past but he blows these away. Have had my oven cleaned by him too and have rebooked for next month 😄

We have a very large dog which means, especially through winter, that our carpets get quite dirty. We were very impressed with how well the carpets look now. 

Alex was really nice, very knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely be using him again.
