5 Sisters Studio

1. Introduction:
To secure your appointment and ensure our time and resources are used effectively, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide the best possible service to all clients.

2. Deposit Amount:
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

3. Payment of Deposit:
- Deposits can be paid via bank transfer
- Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may require a new deposit.

5. No-Shows:
- Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of full prepayment for future appointments.

6. Emergencies and Special Circumstances:**
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, allow you to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit.
- Any decision to waive the deposit in such cases will be made on an individual basis.

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

- Ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling request to avoid any misunderstandings.

8. Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full fees will still apply.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may consider it a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

9. Acknowledgement of Policy:
By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this non-refundable deposit policy.

I've done a nanoplastia treatment from 5 sisters and Ileana did a wonderful job. She gives her 100% for what she is doing. Eventhough the ironing process is so exhausting she did it perfectly without leaving a single hair strand behind. I'm writing this review after two weeks from my treatment and it's still perfect. Highly recommend Ileana.
