Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.

I do ask you drop off at appt time,  unless set up for an earlier drop off. I ask to please pick up within 30mins of being finished or will be a 25 dollar late pick up charge.   Very  important we respect the times set up! I do get behind, I’m really good about texting heads up, plus I go live groom on Tiktok you can watch & jump in and see where the groom is at!! Please walk prior to appt or refrain from feeding a few hours before. I provide water and snacks while your furbabies are in my care!

Doodles & poodles 🐩 vary in prices different styles, coat work, shave downs & the grooms take time some poodles and doodles take me 3 hrs to groom. I’m sorry you own a very complex dog to groom it’s time consuming to get to ears and have to spend 30mins an ear plucking, or have a matted tail, needs brushing & coat work.
