Cancellation policy:
At Ashland Tennis Center, we strive to provide quality tennis programs and instruction to our community. To ensure both the smooth operation of our programs and the support of staff, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. For individual or group lessons, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, you WILL NOT be charged the full cost of the lesson.

2. If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson, 100% of the lesson will be charged to the client.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting our mission to provide quality tennis facilities, programs,  and services to our community. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancelation policy, please do not hesitate to reach out.*****

***Due to the recent House Bill 8 being passed in Kentucky, there will now be sales tax charged on all tennis lessons and clinics***
