Please take a moment to read through the terms & conditions before sending over your booking fee. Once your booking fee has been received your appointment will be secured. If the booking fee isn't paid within 24 hours, your requested slot may be available to other clients, so please check availability again before making payment. ▫️Booking & Payment: To reserve your date, a £13 non-refundable booking fee is required & the remaining balance is due in full on the day of service. The booking fee will be deducted from your treatment cost that day. Please note the date is only considered "booked" after the £13 booking fee is made. ▫️Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling appointments. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, you will be charged the full treatment price. In this case, your deposit will be lost & non-refundable. Therefore, a new booking fee is required to re book. ▫️Client Consultation Form: All clients are required to complete a consultation form before their appointment to ensure treatments are carried out safely & tailored to any medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities. ▫️Payment Options: Cash is accepted. Deposits can be transferred at the time of booking via bank transfer with the account details provided.
