Your appointment time is reserved just for you. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in being charged 75% of your total service. 

Frequent last-minute rescheduling may result in appointment restrictions.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your
appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of your total service and you will not be allowed to book future appointments.
