NEW CLIENT CONSULTATIONS All new Lash, Brow & Body clients are required to schedule a consultation before booking a full service. Consultations are mandatory for all new clients before being serviced. Same-day consultations may be available as an add-on when applicable. APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL + LATE POLICY Please arrive at the scheduled time for your appointment. Communication is key! A 15-minute grace period for both the client and service provider is automatically integrated in the service time, as we are understanding that sometimes the inevitable does happen. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, your deposit/retainer being forfeited and 50% of the service will be charged. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. No Call/No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount and may result in refusal of future service. OTHER ARTISTS’ WORK For health, safety and quality purposes, Winxx & Tweaks Studio does not fill over another lash artist’s work or perform touch-ups over another artist’s semipermanent/Ombré Brow work. A consultation and the appropriate removal/new service may be required. DEPOSITS / RETAINER FEES All deposits/retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and may only be transferred one time, when eligible under the rescheduling policy. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods may include cash, debit/credit card, gift card, FSA/HSA card and available Buy Now, Pay Later options. GUEST POLICY Please refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are also being serviced or prior approval has been given. This helps maintain a relaxing, safe and professional environment for all clients.
