Politique et conditions
Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary; by paying you agree to all terms and policies listed below. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed, and unless otherwise stated in writing product sales (including used, open-box, clearance, and discounted items) are final; where applicable products are sold as-is with condition disclosed at the time of sale, and MobileMedix LLC does not guarantee compatibility with every device, preference-based performance expectations, or subjective outcomes beyond the stated condition and listed features. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
