Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time.

Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to complete any required intake forms before your appointment begins.

Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. This helps ensure I stay on schedule for all clients.

All required deposits must be paid to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.

Guests & Children
No guests are allowed unless approved in advance. Children must also be approved beforehand and must be able to sit quietly and remain supervised during your appointment due to the nature of the services provided.

If there is no communication and your appointment is missed, you will be restricted from future bookings.

Brazilian wax includes removal of all hair from the front, labia and inner butt strip down to the tail bone. You can also leave a strip or triangle if you prefer!
