Beauty Fx Ink Terms and Policy By booking an appointment with Beauty Fx Ink, clients agree to these terms. Rescheduling or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee, and/or the booking fee will be forfeited. No-shows or cancellations/rescheduling within 5 hours of the appointment start time will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, and/or the booking fee will be forfeited. Payments, including retainer fees or booking fees, are non-refundable. Beauty Fx Ink reserves the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at its discretion. Clients must provide accurate information and notify Beauty Fx Ink promptly of any changes. By proceeding, clients acknowledge understanding and acceptance of these policies.

Patch Test
If it is your first time receiving lash extensions and aren’t sure if you’re allergic to them, please consider a patch test. 4-5 lash extensions are individually placed on each eye and you will see any type of reaction (if any) 24-48 hours afterwards. This is recommended to be done about 72 hours before your appointment. By Continuing to book a lash appointment without this patch test you are releasing any liability and agreeing to all policies within this company.

An Angel Full Set Lashes (Specialty Set). An Angel set look is a little more full than Classic, but not as dramatic as volume.
