Cancellation Policy If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the treatment; a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the booked treatment cost will be payable. This cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of Wendy’s Bowen & Holistic Therapies in some circumstances. The cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days of the cancellation. No further treatments will take place until the cancellation fee has been paid. Wendy’s Bowen & Holistic Therapies has the right to cancel a treatment if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.
