I sincerely appreciate your trust and hope to service you soon! There’s a reason for the “and up” when booking a stylist. The price you see 9 times out of 10 is not YOUR price. If you have long hair, thick hair, a lot of hair, matted hair, want a “not so simple” style, want color, or I have to do extra work…for example a detox, cut frayed hair or repair your hair….the price you see…is not yours! I don’t give prices over the phone or by messages or inbox. Just know…the prices “start at” that price and that price is “and up”. Please be prepared to pay more than what you see if any of the above mentioned situations is yours. It’s bad enough ppl don’t like to tip then feel a certain type of way when they’re given their final price. Locs are not a cheap lifestyle. You have to be able to maintain your hair. The upkeep can be pricey…but that comes with the decision to loc your hair. Also…I DON’T DO DREADS….I DO LOCS!!! Let’s stop calling our hair DREADS and practice calling them LOCS. If I do you a favor by squeezing you in, letting you do an IOU, taking you outside of my normal work hours, take you at my house, allow you to be late for your appt or do something extra that you didn’t originally book…learn to show appreciation and tip! I generally do not service children under 10 years of age. Regardless of age….IF YOUR CHILD IS TENDERHEADED I WILL NOT SERVICE THEM!!!! If I ask you prior to accepting your booking request if your child is Tenderheaded and you say NO but when I began their service I determine that they are…I will stop the service and your deposit will be forfeited. Exceptions are a very detailed video of your hair or 4-5 pics showing different angles of your entire head including any damaged or missing locs. An in-person consultation is REQUIRED for ALL Loc Comb Out services!!!! Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. No shows will result in a denial or full payment for service regarding any future appointments!! If I cancel or reschedule your appointment due to a personal matter I will refund your deposit or it can be applied to a future appointment. The service you select and book is the service that will be provided. There will be no add-ons or changes if they were not initially booked when the appointment was requested. So PLEASE select ALL services when booking your appointment. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (Less than 3 hrs before your appointment) AND FOR NO SHOWS will result in a 50% deposit for your next appointment. SOME EXCEPTIONS MAY BE GRANTED!!!
