By booking an appointment at Stardust Day Spa, you agree to our cancellation policy. You must cancel within 24 hours or within 1 hour of receiving a reminder text to receive your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled bookings. This is allowed up to 3 times.
