Herbal consulation

An herbal consultation is a personalized session focused on creating a custom Chinese herbal formula tailored to your unique presentation. We’ll assess your symptoms, health history, digestion, sleep, stress, and overall constitution through a Traditional Chinese Medicine lens. Herbal medicine can support a wide range of concerns including digestion, hormonal balance, immune function, stress, and recovery. Formulas may include raw herbs, granules, or tinctures, and are adjusted over time as your body responds.

30 minutes of sliding cupping without acupuncture. Great for lymph movement, colds, muscle tension and overall reset
