A deeply calming ritual designed to quiet the nervous system and support restorative sleep. The treatment begins with a soothing head and neck massage, followed by hand reflexology. The feet and legs (to the knees) are massaged with warm oils, while heated stones melt away tension. The session is completed with clinical reflexology, focusing on relaxation and sleep-supporting reflex points.

A restorative foot-focused treatment to relieve pain, tension and fatigue. Warm towels prepare the feet before a therapeutic foot and lower leg massage using bespoke essential oils. Handmade hot herbal compresses are then applied to ease discomfort and inflammation. Clinical reflexology follows, incorporating spinal and brain reflex points and targeted acupressure along with Thai stick techniques to the feet. Warm towels complete the experience, leaving you feeling light and grounded. A detoxifying and nurturing treatment focused on stimulating the lymphatic system and encouraging natural toxin release. Gentle techniques are applied to the upper chest, shoulders, neck and face to encourage lymphatic flow. The feet are warmed with hot towels before hot herbal compresses are applied to the legs and feet designed to help your immune system. Lymphatic reflexology is then performed on the feet and lower legs, finishing with warm towels to support circulation and grounding. A harmonising treatment designed to restore balance within the body and nervous system. The session begins with a head and neck massage, ear reflexology (seeds can be applied for enhanced and lasting effect) arm and hand reflexology and an Ayurvedic foot and leg massage follows, using warm oils and a traditional metal Kansa wand to stimulate marma points and support chakra balance. The treatment is completed with hormone-balancing reflexology and warm towels.
