Non-Refundable Services Policy Thank you for choosing Rihair. We value your trust and are committed to delivering exceptional service. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our Non-Refundable Services Policy outlined below: 1. All Services Are Final Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes * Haircuts * Color treatments * Chemical services (e.g., perm, relaxer, keratin treatments) * Styling * Hair extensions (application and maintenance) We encourage open communication during your appointment to ensure your satisfaction with the process and results. 2. Service Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 3 days of your original appointment. We are happy to offer reasonable adjustments to address your concerns, additional cost may apply. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment and do not include changes in style or color direction. 3. Prepaid Packages & Deposits All prepaid services, packages, and booking fees are non-refundable. Booking fees are required for select services and will be applied to the total cost of the service. If you cancel or no-show without proper notice (see cancellation policy), the deposit will be forfeited. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings. 5. All Sales Final on Retail Products Retail hair care and styling products are also non-refundable, unless defective. Exchanges for unused, sealed items may be considered within 7 days, at the salon’s discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Non-Refundable Services Policy.
