Booking Policy Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Oh, My Gee Nails. To ensure the best service and a smooth experience for all clients, please review and adhere to the following policy: Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $45 is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. Transfer Policy: Deposits are transferable one time only if you provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment without at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a $45 cancellation fee will apply. This cancellation fee and forfeiture apply regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: • Illness (including COVID-19-related symptoms) • Work or school obligations • Childcare issues • Transportation problems • Personal emergencies • Forgetting your appointment • Double Booking Yourself No Call / No Show: Failure to show up without notice will result in a full loss of deposit and a cancellation fee of $45.
