CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that life happens, but I do request that cancellations be made as early as possible so I can offer the time slot to other clients. Within 48-24 Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 48-24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service price Less than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will have the full service price will be charged. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying me, the full service price will be charged, and future appointments will require pre-payment. PRICING & PAYMENT Pricing: Prices for all services will be clearly communicated at the start of your appointment. Payment Methods: I accept payments via cash, bank transfer & PayPal LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to allow the full service to be provided. If you are running late, kindly inform me as soon as possible. Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed, although please note that your nail design may need to be simplified to fit the remaining time. Rescheduling Due to Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS Your satisfaction is my priority! If there is an issue with your service, I am happy to correct it. Adjustment Period: If you are unhappy with your nails, please contact me within 2 days of your appointment so I can provide a complimentary adjustment (e.g. fixing chips or imperfections). No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for completed services, but adjustments will be made where applicable. ILLNESS If you are feeling ill, please notify me prior to your appointment. If we need to reschedule, the fee will be waived in these circumstances.
