If you're employed you're paid whether someone cancels a meeting or not. Small business owners don't have that safety net. A missed appointment = unpaid time. 20% appointment fee applies for No - show. 20% appointment fee for cancellation within 24 hours. This isn't personal its about, fairness and sustainability.
