Activation Healing

This is a remote energy healing session designed to help reset and activate your energy system, supporting your body and mind in returning to a more balanced state. This session is ideal for people who would prefer healing without a Zoom call or conversation. There’s no need to speak or be on camera, you simply relax in your own space while the work is carried out remotely. At your booked time, I will tune into your energy field and work intuitively with your chakra system, helping to clear stagnant energy and activate areas that may have become blocked, passive, or out of balance. The healing itself lasts approximately 45 minutes from your start time. I allow a full hour for the session so you have time to settle in beforehand, and so the energy can be properly closed and grounded afterwards. Many people book these sessions when they’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, energetically drained, mentally stuck, or simply feel that something in their life has fallen out of alignment.

Activation + Chakra Report

Activation + Chakra Report

This session includes a remote Activation Healing followed by a detailed chakra analysis report. At your booked time, I tune into your energy field and work intuitively with your chakra system to clear stagnant energy and activate areas that may be blocked, passive, or out of balance. There is no Zoom call or conversation required. You simply relax in your own space while the healing is carried out remotely. The healing lasts approximately 45 minutes from your start time. I allow a full hour for the session so you have time to settle beforehand and for the energy to be properly closed afterwards. Realignment Series (2 Sessions)

This two-session series is designed to create deeper, more stable shifts within your energy. While a single session can bring powerful change, your system has often been holding patterns for a long time. Without reinforcement, it’s natural for things to begin settling back into old rhythms. This series allows the work to stabilise, integrate, and hold. Includes: ‱ 2 x 60-minute healing sessions ‱ Chakra analysis included within the series Sessions are ideally spaced 1–3 weeks apart to support integration. Chakra analysis is completed during your first session (for new clients) or at the end of the series (for returning clients). This package is designed for those who would benefit from deeper healing over a series of sessions, allowing the energy work to build and integrate over time. Soul Retrieval

This session is for those who feel they may have lost parts of themselves through trauma, grief, shock, or difficult life experiences. During the ceremony I work intuitively to locate and retrieve aspects of the soul that may have fragmented or withdrawn during these events, helping to restore a greater sense of wholeness and balance. This work is carried out remotely with no Zoom call required. You simply relax in your own space while the ceremony is performed. The ceremony itself lasts around one hour. The session is booked as 90 minutes to allow time for preparation beforehand and for me to complete your soul retrieval report afterwards. If you’re curious about the work I do but aren’t sure where to start, this call is a relaxed space for us to talk. During this session we can explore what’s been going on for you, any questions you may have about healing, energy work, or the sessions I offer, and whether this work feels aligned for you. Some people book this call because they’re considering a healing session and want to understand the process first. Others simply want guidance, clarity, or even just the opportunity to connect and ask questions. There’s no pressure to book anything afterwards. Deep Reset

Deep Reset

This is a two-hour Zoom healing session designed for those who feel they need a deeper reset and more space to explore what’s going on energetically and emotionally. We begin with a 30-minute check-in, where we talk through what has been happening for you and what you would like support with. This is followed by one hour of deep energy healing, where you can simply relax while I work intuitively with your energy system to clear stagnant energy and help bring the chakras back into balance. After the healing, we spend around 30 minutes integrating the session, discussing anything that came up during the work and any guidance that may help you moving forward. The structure may shift slightly depending on how the session unfolds, but the full container is two hours, allowing space for both the healing and meaningful integration afterwards. Soul Retrieval - Live Ceremony

This is a live soul retrieval ceremony held over Zoom, for those who would like to be present while the work is carried out. Soul retrieval is traditionally used when parts of the soul withdraw following trauma, grief, shock, or significant life events. During the ceremony I work intuitively to locate and retrieve these aspects, helping to restore a greater sense of wholeness and balance. The session takes place over two hours via Zoom. We begin with a 30-minute check-in to talk through what has been happening for you and anything you would like support with. This is followed by approximately one hour for the soul retrieval ceremony, during which you can simply relax while the work is carried out. Afterwards we spend time integrating the session and discussing what came up during the ceremony.
