APPOINTMENT POLICIES $25 is needed to book. Non-refundable no exceptions ( $25 goes towards balance) • Punctuality Please arrive on time. You have a 10-minute grace period to arrive. After 10mins you will be charged a $20 late fee. At 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled. • Nail Art Please specify if you will be needing any nail art by adding on the service After choosing your nail service. Dm or Text nail art inspiration pictures after booking. *French is considered nail art. • Product Removal If needing Any Removal please apply it to your service. You may risk your appointment getting cancelled if deciding to remove last minute and not booked beforehand. • Nail & foot Health Please Note: If you have any nail or foot conditions or infections it is best to consult a doctor before getting serviced. I do not and will not work over nail fungus or athlete's feet. • Cancelations & Reschedules Must be made 48 hours in advance. Deposit will roll-over once. • No Call / No Shows No call No shows will not be rebooked • All Last-minute cancellations & reschedules made within 24 hours or Same day will require a new deposit to be placed. *Multiple last minute cancellations will require full prepayment for all future appointments. • If you are sick or have any signs of illness (cold/flue/covid etc.), please reschedule your appointment. • If I have to cancel your appointment for personal reasons your deposit WILL be refunded If I have to reschedule you for personal reasons you WILL receive a discount on your services • Please keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment in a timely manner, I miss out on filling that spot with another client. • Booking An Appointment Deposits may be paid through online link, No appointment will be booked until deposit has been received. • Payment Method Cash CashApp credit/debit (Card / cashApp payments include processing fee) • Reminder Your nails are jewels not tools! I am not responsible for wear and tear on your sets once you leave my studio. Nail breaks, chips & fixes will be charged accordingly • Thank you for choosing me as your exclusive nail artist!
