Reiki
Reiki is the life energy flowing through all things that are alive. This healing art originated in Japan as a technique for promoting relaxation and healing and releasing stress and tension. It is done through light touch or with hands slightly above the body. You will leave your session feeling very relaxed and with less stress!

Hypnotherapy

Most people will just feel like they’re sitting or lying down with their eyes closed. They might feel some heaviness, or feel more relaxed or a meditative state. It can be relaxing, but that is not necessary because hypnosis can be created either through focus or through relaxation.
Direct suggestions will be made to the subconscious mind. Within a period of time after a hypnosis session, a person will experience benefits, such as lightness, release and understanding. It can be different for everyone and depends on the symptom and what result they are looking for. The average hypnosis sessions that are required are approximately 4 - 6. Hypnosis is proven to be about 93% successful in about 4 to 6 sessions.
