Politique et conditions

Payment is due at time of service. An additional $10 fee will be charged per day for any payment made after 24 hours. Mint to be Clean uses their own cleaning chemicals. Any allergies or sensitivities to cleaners may be worked around on a case by case basis. It is recommended that the client provides their own vacuum clean to avoid cross contamination from pets. If that is not possible Mint to be Clean will provide one but it may have pet dander.

Basic clean/home under 2500sqft

Dusting of surfaces, kitchen(surfaces, microwave inside and out, front of fridge, front of appliances, floors), bathrooms(toilet, sink/counter, tub, floors), and floors throughout swept and mopped

Deep clean/home over 2500sqft

Everything a basic clean would cover as well as cabinet fronts and baseboards in kitchen and bathrooms, and a detailed dusting including dusting ceiling fans within reach

New client deep clean

The first deep clean of a new client usually requires more time than a reoccurring client as we want to bring the cleanliness up to standard so we may maintain it. Continued service pricing can be worked out on an as needed basis or reoccurring.

Add on services

Dishes either hand washed or dishwasher washed will be an additional $30 Cat litter changed or scooped will be an additional $30 Laundry additional $20 Blinds cleaning additional $50(they are very time consuming) Any additional add on that may not be listed here is open for discussion!

Move in/out clean

A deep clean after a move out. MUST be moved out completely.

As much of a deep clean as possible as well as catching up on dishes and laundry as possible within the time span available. Only can be used once per first year of new baby.
