This is a complimentary follow up to the Pre Event Performance Massage. It can only be booked with that massage. The Recovery Massage is booked up to 2 days after the event and aims to reduce muscle cramps and get them in the best shape possible following an event. This can be booked at the same time as the P.E.P.M. or just after that massage, speak to your Massage therapist to book if you haven’t already booked.
