MD Dog Grooming provides professional pet grooming services. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours in advance may incur a fee. MD Dog Grooming is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage to pets or property unless caused by gross negligence. Clients must disclose any health or behavioral issues prior to grooming. Payment is due upon service completion. MD Dog Grooming reserves the right to refuse service for safety or welfare reasons. Personal data collected will be used solely for appointment management and will be protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By booking, clients agree to these terms and acknowledge understanding of the policies herein.
