No Show, Late-Show, and Same-Day Cancelation Policy For a no-show, late show, or same-day cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled service, the party responsible for the cancellation shall be obligated to pay the entire amount of the service, including Late Charges and any outstanding sums on this Note. The payment must be made promptly upon cancellation and will serve as compensation for the incurred cancellation. Upon receipt of the full payment, this Note will be considered canceled, and the original document must be surrendered for formal cancellation. Subsequent reissuance of this Note shall not be permitted.
