At Luxe Looks by Hae, I strive to create an intentional, peaceful experience for each guest. To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 75% charge of the scheduled service total, and no-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. Please arrive on time; if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a same-day cancellation, resulting in a 75% charge. Your card will be kept securely on file but will not be charged unless these policies are misused. All payments are due at the end of your service, and I accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Your satisfaction is very important to me; if you have any concerns with your hair, please reach out within 7 days so I can make any necessary adjustments. To maintain a calm and focused environment, please do not bring extra guests or children unless they have an appointment. If you are feeling unwell, kindly contact me as soon as possible to reschedule, ensuring the salon remains a healthy space for all.
