I look forward to servicing you and meeting your beauty desires. **Please read all information provided** Must be 18 years old for services. If not, parental consent must be obtained to get serviced. Booking Deposit: Depending on the services you are booking for a deposit is required. You will be redirected for deposit payment once you book. An addition platform fee will be charged when paying via credit/debit card, this platform fee does not pertain to your actual booking service or payment due at the time of your service. Deposits are Non-refundable & Non-transferable (No Deposit = No Appointment) Deposits must be made for any and all services! When sending deposit please send a screenshot confirmation along with your First & Last name and phone number and services interested; inspo pics as well depending on service booked; submit to my Instagram page https://www.Instagram.com/lavishaestheticsnc After deposit has been received a message confirmation will be sent via email to the info you provided. (This secures your appt. date and time). ***Remainder of payments for services are due in CASH or CARD the day of your scheduled appointment.*** Please if you are Pregnant, reach out to me via message on Instagram. Also, if you are inquiring about Facial services, or Facial/Bodily waxing please message me before booking, I have to give you the clear and get some skin care history before servicing you. Interest in lip plumping filler please reach out to me via Instagram to provide you with more info for pre and post care. Please do so before booking this service. In any given moment you have any questions for any services please message me through Instagram and I’ll be glad to respond. Allow 24-48 hrs for a response. Please If you are sick or have been in contact with someone who has been sick please re-schedule. Masks are optional to your discretion. Please come to your appointment with a bare face (makeup free- No Mascara/No eyeliner) $10 add-on fee if I have to remove your makeup. Absolutely NO Extra Guests & NO Children during your appointment, this can be distracting and consider this as your “Me Time”. Be prepared to hangout with me for a couple hours depending on the services you are scheduled for. I take my time to satisfy your beauty desires. Late Policy: I only allow a 10 min grace period for your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late a $10 fee will be added on top of your service. More than 15mins late your appointment is automatically cancelled and considered a No Show/Cancelled appt. Which a 50% charge of services will have to be paid, if not, then no future services will be granted. The deposit will also be forfeited at this point. If I am the one pushing your appt. to a later time due to being behind, this does not affect you. Cancellation Policy/No-Shows : A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. If you cancel the same day or less than the 48 hour notice you will be required to pay 50% of your service total. If you fail to pay you will not be able to book future appointments with me. After 2 cancelations = I will refuse services After 1 No-Call/No-Show = I will refuse services (No future Bookings with me) Your Initial Deposit is Non-transferable to a different date and forfeited. Another Deposit must be paid. Please respect my time and others who are interested in booking. After Hours/Squeeze-In Appts: If you are wanting to schedule a after hours appt.(5:00pm & after) Or last-minute squeeze-in appointment a $35 extra fee will be added on top of your service total. Remember I’m accommodating my time to fulfill your service needs. After Hours Appointments Only Available on Tuesday- Thursday’s No Mondays or Fridays! Prior to your Lash Ext. appointment wash your hair because you cannot get your lashes wet for at least 24hrs. Remove any contact lenses before and Avoid Caffeine the day of your appointment. I Do Not work on top of other lash techs work so, before you come make sure previous extensions are off! If I have to remove them a $25 lash removal fee will be added on top of the regular service total. Also FYI: To be considered for a fill-in, you must book your fill-in appointment within 2-3 weeks. And you must still have at least 50% of the extensions still on, on both eyes. Anything less than that, that has fallen out is considered a full set again and would have to pay the full price again. Also, After 3 fills a removal and new set is highly recommended. After 3.5 weeks that is NOT a FILL APPT it’s a NEW SET! No Refunds are given for Deposits or after being serviced! Deposits are Non-Transferable! Booking with me means you have read through my policy and understand the terms, conditions, and fees included in my services and will abide by them in order for me to service you.
