You get simple online or phone booking, confirmation and reminders, punctual appointments, and a clear check-in routine so you know when to drop off and pick up. A brief intake notes your pet's coat and any handling preferences, and staff communicate expected time and finished condition before you leave, answering any follow-up questions and providing a brief care report at pickup. On arrival you'll notice soft lighting, low background noise, tidy treatment areas, and soft towels. Book your appointment to get started.
Politique et conditions
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of appointment start time will result in your card being charged 50% of the appointment scheduled. This also goes for those who no call l, no show.
