Clients will be expected to arrive on time to appointment with makeup free clean lashes. All cancelations will need to be made 6 hrs prior to appointment, any cancellations within the 6 hr period will be expected to pay half of the price for the service booked. No show appointments will be required to pay the full price for service before being able to book again with me.

By booking with Lashes by Brooke, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Lashes by Brooke may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
