24-Hour Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy To respect the time of our artists, service providers, and clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment or refunded, depending on service type and deposit terms. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will forfeit 100% of the deposit and may require full prepayment to book future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and may be applied one time only to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is provided. Late Arrival Policy (10 Minutes) Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate the remaining schedule. If arriving 10 minutes or more late, the appointment may be canceled at the service provider’s discretion and the deposit will be forfeited. Late arrival fees, if applicable, are applied toward the service provider and do not reduce the remaining balance. Repeated late arrivals may require full prepayment for future bookings. Same-Day Changes & Emergencies Same-day cancellations or rescheduling requests are treated as late cancellations. Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
