Was attended to at the time stipulated and completed in the time frame I had expected. Lovely clean shop, very pleasant staff member who knew what she was doing and in all respects gave excellent service and help when I needed it as I have mobility issues. Well worth a return visit.

Both Ruth and Steph are very welcoming and friendly. I couldn't see myself going anywhere for a haircut ever again!

Steph and Ruth are very personable and always give a great cut. I've been to a couple of other barbers around Alfreton and had some mixed experiences. I can always rely on what I'm getting for King Street Barbers for a very reasonable price.

I genuinely love this little barber shop. Found it by chance while visiting the area last year and just been back for the second time. Very clean, friendly environment, had exactly what ive asked for both times and came out feeling much better than when I went in. They go that extra mile and make the experience worth the hour travel for a proper good hair cut! Shocked at how low the prices are also. Ill definitely be a regular returning customer for all future hair cuts. Thank you so much :)

Just moved to the Area and my husband and I both needed a haircut.
There are so many hairdressers and barbers in Alfreton we didn’t know where to start.
Read the reviews for this one and decided to give it a try. 
Both of us came away delighted with our cuts, Steph was friendly and is a very competent barber. As we are both OAP’s it cost us £11 for both cuts! 
I will never go anywhere else, this barbers is perfect

I started as a Kings Street Barbers customer several years ago and for the first time in my life (I am76) my hair is so well cut it does not need messing with after showering etc.
It comes down to skill and experience; Ruth and Steff have both! 

I have been bringing my little boy here since he was one years old and he's 6 and a half now, he had his first ever haircut here. Ruth and Steph are the most welcoming and the kindest and patient barbers ever. They've been incredible with my son through every single hair cut and I will never take him anywhere else. They're both so friendly and are fantastic at what they do. Can't rate them enough
