Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. No Show Policy - If you do not turn up to your appointment without cancelling 24hrs before, you may be charged 100% of your appointment. If you are 5 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount due if you are turned away due to lateness. If we can fit you in but only back and sides are possible, you will still be charged the full amount. Being on time for your appointment is essential for the running of appointments.
