📜 POLICY – TERMS & CONDITIONS 🔒 I understand and agree to the policy. 📌 ALL RESERVATIONS A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final service balance. By booking, you agree to all terms and conditions listed below. ⸻ ❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. • To reschedule, a new appointment must be booked through the system. • One reschedule is allowed. Any additional changes will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be charged 100% of the service total. • For same-day or next-day bookings: you have 4 hours to cancel, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee applies. • Failure to pay any outstanding balance may result in being blocked from future bookings. ⸻ 💣 🔥 NO REFUND POLICY (CRITICAL) All services are final and non-refundable once performed. Due to the customized nature of beauty services (including but not limited to hair extensions, color, and styling), results cannot be reversed once completed. By receiving the service, the client acknowledges that the service was performed. ⸻ ⚠️ SATISFACTION & ADJUSTMENTS It is the client’s responsibility to express any concerns during the appointment or immediately upon completion, before leaving. If there are any concerns, an adjustment may be offered within 24–48 hours, at the stylist’s discretion. ❌ No complaints, corrections, or claims will be accepted after this time frame. ❌ Concerns reported days or weeks later will not be considered valid. Once the client leaves the appointment without complaint, the service is considered accepted and completed in full. ⸻ 🚫 DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS By booking and receiving services, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute for services that have been completed. Any disputes or chargebacks for completed services will be challenged with full evidence, including: * Proof of service completion * Payment confirmation * Appointment records * Before & after documentation Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent refusal of future services. ⸻ 📸 SERVICE DOCUMENTATION For quality control and protection, photos and/or videos may be taken before, during, and after the service. These may be used as proof of service completion in case of disputes. ⸻ ✍️ AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, making a payment, or receiving services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above. ⸻ 📜 POLÍTICA – TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES 🔒 Confirmo que entiendo y acepto la política. ⸻ 📌 TODAS LAS RESERVAS Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable al momento de agendar. Este depósito será aplicado al balance final del servicio. Al reservar, aceptas todos los términos y condiciones detallados a continuación. ⸻ ❌ CANCELACIONES Y REPROGRAMACIONES • Los depósitos no son reembolsables ni transferibles bajo ninguna circunstancia. • Para reprogramar, se debe agendar una nueva cita a través del sistema. • Se permite un solo cambio de cita. Cambios adicionales resultarán en la pérdida del depósito. • Las citas deben cancelarse o reprogramarse con al menos 48 horas de anticipación. • Las ausencias o cancelaciones tardías (menos de 48 horas) serán cobradas al 100% del total del servicio. • Para citas el mismo día o al día siguiente: tienes 4 horas para cancelar, de lo contrario se cobrará el 100%. • El incumplimiento de pagos pendientes puede resultar en la restricción de futuras citas. ⸻ 💣 🔥 POLÍTICA DE NO REEMBOLSO (IMPORTANTE) Todos los servicios son finales y no reembolsables una vez realizados. Debido a la naturaleza personalizada de los servicios de belleza (incluyendo, pero no limitado a, extensiones de cabello, color y estilizado), los resultados no pueden revertirse una vez completados. Al recibir el servicio, el cliente reconoce que el servicio fue realizado. ⸻ ⚠️ SATISFACCIÓN Y AJUSTES Es responsabilidad del cliente expresar cualquier inconformidad durante la cita o inmediatamente al finalizar, antes de retirarse. Si existe alguna inconformidad, se podrá ofrecer un ajuste dentro de un período de 24–48 horas, a discreción del estilista. ❌ No se aceptarán reclamos, correcciones ni solicitudes después de este período. ❌ Reclamos realizados días o semanas después no serán considerados válidos. Una vez el cliente se retira sin expresar inconformidad, el servicio se considera aceptado y completado en su totalidad. ⸻ 🚫 DISPUTAS Y CONTRACARGOS Al reservar y recibir servicios, el cliente acepta no iniciar disputas o contracargos por servicios ya realizados. Cualquier disputa será respondida con evidencia completa, incluyendo: • Prueba de servicio realizado • Confirmación de pago • Registros de la cita • Evidencia fotográfica del antes y después Las disputas fraudulentas pueden resultar en la negación permanente de futuros servicios. ⸻ 📸 DOCUMENTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO Por control de calidad y protección del negocio, se podrán tomar fotos y/o videos antes, durante y después del servicio. Este material podrá ser utilizado como evidencia en caso de disputas. ⸻ ✍️ ACUERDO Al agendar una cita, realizar un pago o recibir un servicio, el cliente confirma que ha leído, entendido y aceptado todas las políticas aquí establecidas.
