Hair Salon Please Read Carefully No calls no shows are subject to full balance being charged to card on file. To avoid this, if you must cancel your appointment, you must reschedule 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Via email only. *No children are allowed in the salon. and no Extra people with you at the time of your service. We have limited space. *There is a non refundable deposit required upon booking (you must have a valid debit or credit card on file.) Your deposit goes towards the balance of your service. The reminder of your balance is due upon completion of service.The only payment methods accepted at K.Spot Hair Salon are CASH, ZELLE, APPLE PAY and valid DEBIT CARDS. *You can not reschedule on the same day of your appointment, which means your deposit is forfeited. You are only able to cancel. And your deposit will be consider your cancellation fee. (I recommend you rescheduling your appointment in advance, instead of canceling to prevent losing out on your deposit). Please keep in mind, that the site will not allow you to reschedule on the same day. *You are only able to reschedule one time. The second time will be considered a cancellation, which means you will forfeit your deposit, and you would have to schedule a new appointment. *There is a $20 LATE FEE after 10 minutes of your appointment time. After 20 minutes, it's considered a cancellation NO EXCEPTIONS, which means your deposit is non refundable, and will not be used toward your new balance.You should schedule a new appointment.
