JMN Lux Collective is a premium hair extension brand founded by award-winning extensionist Jessica McNevin. Based in Tallaght, we specialise in luxury hair extension services using Ireland’s leading Super Double Drawn hair. Our studio is home to a team of highly trained senior extensionists, delivering bespoke consultations and tailored results designed to suit your hair, lifestyle and long-term hair health. Politique et conditions

Appointments & Deposits Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before your appointment time. All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you reschedule within the 72-hour notice period, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking. Changes made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and it cannot be transferred to another appointment. Remaining balances are due on the day of the appointment. Maintenance & Responsibility Clients are responsible for booking maintenance appointments within the timeframe advised by their stylist. Missed or late maintenance may result in matting or damage and may make a refit impossible. We do not refit or maintain other brands of hair extensions. Toning, colouring or altering extensions is done entirely at the client’s own risk and voids all guarantees. We are not responsible for home aftercare or work carried out by third parties (including other salons or self-removal). Once another salon has handled the extensions all guarantees are void. Consultation

During this consultation we will carry out a full hair and scalp assessment to ensure your hair is suitable for extensions. We will discuss the most suitable method, length, colour and overall look based on your hair type, lifestyle and budget. The €20 consultation fee will be deducted from your appointment if you choose to book in with us. If you decide not to proceed with an appointment, the consultation fee is non-refundable. New clients who already have a service appointment booked do not need to book this separately — a consultation is included with all first-time appointments. This consultation appointment is only required if you wish to attend for a consultation on a separate day prior to your service.

Colour Match

This appointment is for clients wishing to purchase our hair extensions and require a professional colour match. The €10 fee is redeemable against your hair purchase — if you buy the hair on the day, €10 will be deducted from the total. If you choose to purchase at a later date, the €10 will still be credited towards your future hair order.

Nano Bead 6-8 Week Maintenance

This service is for existing clients who still have their extensions fitted from their previous appointment. (You have to have had your hair fitted in our studio, if you use our hair and have been elsewhere we do not maintain) We remove the current beads, refit them closer to the root, brush away shedding hair and product build-up, and check both your extension condition and natural scalp health. You MUST have hair freshly washed and dried prior to attending appointment. This appointment must be carried out within 8 weeks of your last fitting. After this time, a full removal and refit will be required, so please ensure you book the correct service. Nano Bead Removal

Safe professional removal of nano bead extensions using specialist tools and techniques. Please note: This service is removal only — a wash and blow dry is NOT included. We do not carry out removals where severe matting has occurred, as this is typically caused by missed maintenance or incorrect aftercare. While every care is taken during removal, JMN Lux Collective cannot be held liable for damage to natural hair where matting, poor aftercare, overdue maintenance or previous third-party work is present.

Nano Bead Refit

This service is for clients whose extensions have already been removed (either by yourself or by us) and are ready to be reapplied. - We do not fit other brand hair, please only book this service if your an existing client or you have purchased Lux Collective. You MUST have hair freshly washed and dried prior to attending appointment. Please do not book this appointment if your extensions are still in your hair — you will need to book a removal alongside this, or if they are within 8 weeks, a maintenance appointment instead. Weave Removal & Refit

This appointment includes the full removal of your current weft extensions, including all threads and beads. Your extensions will then be refitted using completely new foundations, with new beads and thread, and restitched onto a fresh track. Please note: • A wash and blow-dry is NOT included in this service. If you would like this, it must be booked as an additional add-on service. • Hair must be freshly washed before arriving to your appointment. • Pricing varies depending on the grams of hair installed and whether there are additional extensions in the sides (such as nano beads or tapes). Important: This service is only available for clients wearing hair supplied by us. We do not refit hair from other extension providers. Price from €150

Weave Refit Only

This appointment is for clients who have already had their weave removed (either by us previously or by themselves) and require their weft to be refitted back into the hair. The service includes creating new foundations with beads and thread and restitching the weft securely into place. Please note: • A wash and blow-dry is NOT included and must be booked as an add-on if desired. • Hair must be freshly washed before the appointment. • Pricing varies depending on the grams of hair being refitted and whether there are additional extensions in the sides, such as nano beads or tapes. Important: These bookings are only available for clients wearing hair supplied by us. We do not refit hair from other extension brands.

Nano adjustment

This appointment is for minor adjustments to nano extensions within 2 weeks of your fitting. It is intended for situations where a small number of nano extensions may have been lost due to factors such as aftercare, lifestyle, rough blow dries, or similar. This appointment is not a full maintenance or refit service. If your extensions require a full adjustment, maintenance, or refit, please book the appropriate service instead. If you have lost an excessive amount , please contact us via Instagram before booking. As this is extremely rare we may need to allocate additional time to assess your extensions and discuss the best options for you. Booking this service outside of the 2 week window will lead to an increased fee.

Weft Adjustment

This appointment is for minor weft adjustments within 1–3 weeks of your fitting. It is designed for small issues that may occur due to lifestyle factors, aftercare, rough blow dries, or similar situations. The appointment duration is 45 minutes and is not a full refit or full maintenance service. If you are experiencing significant issues with your weft extensions, please contact us directly before booking so we can ensure the correct service is booked and enough time is allocated. These situations are very rare, but we want to make sure we provide the best possible service and discuss your extension options if necessary.

Extension Cut Only

This service is for existing clients returning between maintenance or refit appointments who would like their extensions lightly refreshed with additional shaping or trimming. It’s ideal if you left extensions slightly longer initially or if you’d simply like a softer shape and more blend as your hair grows out. This is a short service focused on soft shaping and light trimming only. It does not include a full layered cut (such as a butterfly or heavily structured layered style), but soft layering may be added where needed for blending. Please note: this service does not include styling. If you are looking for a full layered cut and styled finish, please book the Layered Cut & Style service instead. Hair must be freshly washed and fully dried prior to arrival.

Layered Cut & Style

This service is for existing clients returning between maintenance or refit appointments who would like their extensions refreshed with a layered cut and styled finish. A tailored layered cut will be created to enhance shape, movement, and blend, followed by your chosen styled finish. Please note: this service is not required as an add-on to any extension fitting, refit, or maintenance appointment, as a layered cut and style is already included complimentary within those services. This appointment is intended solely for in-between visits when you’d like to refresh your cut and styling. Hair must be freshly washed and fully dried prior to arrival. Styling will be finished to your desired look of choice.
