Hair By Chloe requires a deposit to book any appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided with no less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. No Shows and less than 48 hour cancellations will result in 100% of the booking needed to be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
