Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will necessitate rescheduling, accompanied by the applicable cancellation fee. *Fill-in Policy* Should your lashes appear oily, soiled, or have lost their curl, a removal followed by a full set will be required. If fewer than 40% of your lashes remain, the service will be considered a full set. Ensure your lashes are thoroughly cleansed. The condition of your lashes largely depends on the care you provide them. I do not perform fill-ins on work done by other artists; a removal and a new full set will be necessary. *Confirmation* You must confirm 24 hours before your appointment!
