Policy and Terms To keep the salon running smoothly and provide every guest with the best experience, please review the following: Cancellations and No Shows Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. A no show or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the missed appointment. Moving forward, a 50% deposit will be required to book any future appointments to ensure your spot is reserved. If that appointment is missed or canceled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. A second no show or late cancellation will result in being unable to book with me moving forward. New clients who no show or cancel within the 48 hour window will not be able to book again. Deposits are non refundable and will go toward your scheduled service. Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance so you have time to confirm, cancel, or reschedule if needed. If something comes up, please call or text as soon as possible. Guests Children under 12 must have a parent present unless approved beforehand. Additional guests are not permitted unless discussed and approved in advance.
